Right to Know

Police reports can be requested by submitting a Right to Know request form to the Borough’s Right to Know Officer, Mark D. Fournier. If your request for a law enforcement matter is denied, or partially denied, you can appeal this denial by submitting an appeal request to either the Bucks or Montgomery County Open Records Appeals Officer (depending on the county in which the incident occurred). That information can be obtained at the respective websites or in writing:

Open Records Appeals Officer

Bucks County District Attorney’s Office
100 North Main Street
Doylestown, PA 18901

Open Records Appeals Officer

Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office
P.O. Box 311
Norristown, PA 19404-0311

All other denials can be appealed to the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records. Please see Section IV of the Borough’s Right to Know Policy.

The forms can be downloaded from our Resources page.
